Orginally, our Cadence+ concept began with Cadence Clubouse, bringing together inviting spaces, locally sourced food and great gear to support and celebrate community, family and our total health. We have expanded this concept to Pittsburgh's urban food center, the Strip District. I invite you to come and see our latest location at 2400 Smallman St.

Because of our commitment to building communities around Mind, Body and Spirit, we saw the development of Cadence @ the Strip as an obvious direction where the celebration of the city and all its food, energy and events can happen a million ways.  We built this venue for you, your families and friends as a haven to revive, refresh and celebrate with each other and to reclaim our own human spirit. COMMON PLEA CATERING

A flare for hospitality and exceptional cuisine has been a trademark of Common Plea since John and Donna Barsotti first opened their restaurant near the Pittsburgh courthouse in 1971.  Quickly gaining a devout following of diners, Common Plea began catering the celebrations of the Pittsburgh community in 1984, eventually expanding to their full-service, state-of-the-art commissary in Pittsburgh’s Strip District in 1998.  Serving events that range from intimate private parties to elaborate galas at some of Pittsburgh premiere venues, Common Plea Catering strives to exceed the expectations of our guests. 

Our natural partnership with CADENCE+ stems from our shared values of integrity, innovation and passion.  Common Plea is invested in the Strip District neighborhood and will continue to cultivate a rich partnership with our local community.  CADENCE + and Common Plea have partnered on their other Pittsburgh CADENCE+ locations, including CADENCE+ Clubhouse, CADENCE+ Courtside (Coming Soon to Monroeville) as well as CADENCE+ Vault, in East Liverpool, Ohio.
