Martin Vecellio

Martin has worked with Common Plea for forty years.  His goal is to give his clients food and beverage memories.  Martin designs event dreamscapes and works with his clients on every aspect of their celebrations.  He makes the client’s vision his focus for their special day.  Then he adds his design flair to ensure the uncommon event is a dream that his client will remember for a lifetime and beyond.

Martin’s background in graphic design and photography allows him to help you set an unforgettable stage where the celebration of your union is magical from the moment you and your guests enter Cadence @ The Strip.  

His experience in designing premier event spaces and dreamscape destinations throughout Pittsburgh will be invaluable in crafting each element of your event.  Martin will help you cover all the bases, from menu to settings, so that your guests and you have the most memorable event of your life.

Maria Rotunda

Before joining Common Plea, Maria earned a degree in Hospitality with a concentration in Event Planning.  The event world has always been a passion of hers, and that shows in her work ethic and loyalty to her clients and company.  During her five years at Common Plea, she has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients, plan a wide variety of celebrations, and familiarize herself with the ins and outs of events here in Pittsburgh. 

Maria prides herself on providing a stress-free, insightful, enjoyable, and successful planning process to all of her clients. 

She strives to make every event noteworthy and uses her education and experience to ensure an outcome that you and your guests will never forget.  One of Maria’s biggest successes is that she makes all of her clients feel like family.  She looks forward to getting to know your event dreams and being a part of creating memories.

Jessica Walz

Jessica has worked within the event industry for 20 years.  Her goal is to give her clients food and beverage memories.  Jessica works directly with customers to customize all aspects of their celebration experience, down to the smallest details.  Your vision  will be crafted into reality on your special day.  Jessica works with clients to curate lifetime memories and exquisite experiences.

Jessica's flare for design and her love of customers sets her apart from other planners.  

From exploring your menu, deciding which space is right for your event, and even the special touches which will make your event memorable, Jessica always strives for the best possible experience for her clients. Jessica has also developed relationships with many vendors to ensure a seamless experience, from music to cakes and everythign in between. Her unmatched committment to customer experiences will make your event the most memorable.
